Turns on in the middle of the night

We have a sky glass. It randomly will turn on in the middle of the night. Not every night, but 3/4 times a week. When it turns on it will jump onto the last channel we have watched, even if it's something on catch up.

@Michael9495 I would try going into the Settings > Startup and Standby menu and switching off all the options except for Networked Standby mode which is best left on.  The issue could be caused by the wake using motion option.

I have pets at home and did this when I had Glass.  I found it cured numerous annoying things.
