Trying to reinstate subscription

I have tried to reinstate my Sky subscription through the app. It said my services was blocked but I paid my outstanding bill. It said I can reinstate but when I am trying it saying oops there was a problem, so I still currently have no tv service. I've been trying to get it sorted for a month but it's still not working. I don't understand it. Has anybody else been having this problem??

Hi Kayla19891, I have cancelled and re-instated my subscription but I had to call customer service to do this. I couldn't do it online.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Kayla19891 have you re-setup your direct debit or monthly card payment? You'll need to do that too. If it has been a month, you may have further arrears too, so check your online Sky account.
