Trouble with sky glass
My Sky glass TV channel and Netflix are not loading. The internet is working fine. Even the settings says the network is good.

Re: Trouble with sky glass
Hi @Akin2
In the first instance unplug at the wall for a few minutes and try again. Failing this, you need to check what speed you glass is getting. You can do this by opening netflix and going to settings and running a connection check.
Glass needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. But as well as yor internet speed connection quality between your glass and router is important, if the WiFi is marginal you could try connecting via ethernet cable (and turn WiFi off in the settings) or use home plugs, or ask your ISP if they can supply extenders.
