You can't add apps to Glass, you can only use those Sky install on the TV.

Sky Glass isn't like smart television sets from other manufacturers: there's no app store and no option to add or remove anything. The pre-populated apps are those for which Sky has a commercial arrangement to offer technical support (including call centres)

@Haddy1 to add to what others have said, there's nothing that would stop you adding a Firestick, Google TV or Apple TV to one of the glass HDMI ports if you need apps not included in Sky.
