Think there’s an issue with backlight on my sky glass
Think the backlight has gon on my tbh but not sure some pictures are dull and nit sharp. Went downstairs in the night and the tv screen was emitting light but it was switched off?

Is it Gen 1 or Gen 2?
If Gen 2 then it should be covered under warranty so you would have to call Sky to request a repair/replacement.
The same applies to Gen 1 if you've had it less than two years. If longer, then unless you had an extended warranty you will need to pay for a repair/replacement.
