Theres a fault with my sky glass tv

Hi there's a fault with my sky glass tv it's glitching wen watching tv it's happing on different channels

@Ej7  What do you mean by "Glitching"?  If you mean there is picture break up and buffers it's not a fault.

 

How is your TV connecting to your router?  Can you run a speed test from the Netflix app (settings - speedtest)  this will tell you what speed your TV is getting.

 

To run Glass/Stream you need to be getting a minimum of 20 mbps for HD & 30 mbps for UHD, anything less that this willm cause such issues.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
