The tv won’t turn on or reset

the tv won't turn on or reset. I have only had the thing since Friday

Is that via...

 

1. the remote

 

2. the standby bottom on the side of the Glass TV

 

3. after a reboot of the Glass TV

I have un plugged it, I have talked to it and it won't do anything. I have tried resetting it by the remote and the button on the tv itself nothing is working

Have you reported the issue to Sky.... better sooner than later in case it needs replacing🤔

@nikala77. You are not actually addressing Sky on this forum as we are all customers like yourself. 

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation for an online chat.

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble).
