Is that via...
1. the remote
2. the standby bottom on the side of the Glass TV
3. after a reboot of the Glass TV

I have un plugged it, I have talked to it and it won't do anything. I have tried resetting it by the remote and the button on the tv itself nothing is working

Have you reported the issue to Sky.... better sooner than later in case it needs replacing🤔

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble).
