Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jasper+black I note you have already unplugged it without success. I would suggest doing it again and leaving it unplugged for 10 minutes. Then plug it in again and wait for it to reboot.
If that doesn't help post back here and your post can be escalated to the Community Messaging team who will invite you to an online chat for more troubleshooting.

It's OK once I turn the power off but I have to do this process almost every day. Once it reboots its ok until the next day. Our Internet signal is good and it happens wether we use other devices or not.

I have to do this almost every day, it happens at random time sometimes after 5 or 10 minutes or an hour or more. Once it reboots its fine until the following day and I switch on.
It happens if we are using other devises and when we are not, Internet signal is also good. Help!!

@Jasper+black That's no good at all. I would call Sky to discuss this problem as it is possible your Glass TV has developed a fault. If necessary ask them to replace the Glass TV if it is still under warranty (2 years).
If Sky is you mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.
