(removed) my t.v keeps freezing and the voices keep going off and on the picture goes all blur and frezzer s and a line keeps appearing carnt wait the t.v probably

This is a public customer helps customer forum. You aren't talking to Sky. I'd strongly recommend you remove your address from your post.
The symptoms you have posted generally relate to poor speed with your internet connection. What speed is your internet? How is your glass connected to the internet? If possible try using an ethernet cable rather than WiFi.
Glass requires 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed your glass or puck is getting by opening netflix scroll down and across in the menu to get help and click check network.
