The discovery plus app is coming up with error 400 and saying I’m not connected to the internet, I s

The discovery plus app won't load on my sky glass and is saying error 400 no internet connection, yet all the other apps and the glass tv are working fine and the discovery plus app loads on my pucks

Power your TV off at the mains for 5 minutes and try again. If that doesn't work try and app refresh in settings > apps & updates.
