Interesting how this topic won't even let me upload a picture! I've been trying to "get through to sky" for the last 3 hours. I can't believe I pay £50 pcm for this shocking service where the television set won't even turn on.
when going through the troubling shooting it leads me to the option to call, which just freezes. The television won't turn on, at all. It shows a red light. I've tried all the troubleshooting routes to no avail.
I don't normally complain, but this is sky. This isn't a small business. It's Friday night and the television won't even turn on, no PS5, no Xbox. Nothing.
its 2024 how does this even still happen???
