Technical fault
Apparently there is a technical fault and I need to try later, but the service checker says everytning is working fine ?

@DjPete Usually a quick unplug will solve these kind of issues.

I have tried the unplug and still not able to access the Normal TV channels. Also reset the modem. Anyone else manage to get back on the normal channels?

@DjPete How are you connecting? WiFi or Ethernet?
With Glass (and Stream) it's better to use Ethernet as it's more reliable and stable than WiFi. If using Ethernet make sure WiFi is turned off in Settings.
It's also worth ensuring Network Standby Mode is set to On.
