Technical fault

Every channel I go on there's a technical fault

@beccababy  Have you unplugged the Glass TV/Puck for 2 minutes then plug back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GrizzlyRuss The sky call centre has been open today, just like it has been over the festive period. The phone lines have been busy for several weeks and it may take a while on being on hold but it is quite possible to speak to people at Sky during the call centres operating hours.

 

As per the original poster in this thread have you tried leaving the TV unplugged for an hour or so.
