All channels on sky puck keep saying technical issue please try again later been happening nearly all day

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Samantha351 Welcome to the forum. Switch off your puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot. If it is a software glitch this may well resolve the issue.
