Technical fault with all channels try again later

All channels on sky puck keep saying technical issue please try again later been happening nearly all day

@Samantha351 Welcome to the forum.  Switch off your puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.  If it is a software glitch this may well resolve the issue.
