People mention the app, but how can you watch through the App? No options for red button (Newcastle vs Chelsea)... I can't wait till I refuse to pay my bill and see how quickly then I get through to CSR.

Sky has become a laughing joke in the streaming world; not sure who they use AWS, Azure or GCP for their tech, but clearly Sky don't put enough 50p's in the meter, its beyond laughable when you compare this to Amazon's offering for streaming.

Absolutely unacceptable! What kind of shop is Sky runnning! Terrible service! I have Glass, Pucs and 4 x Mobile devices with Sky! Pay my bills! Not through NowTV! Not through dodgy Firestick sites, not via Virgin!! Why does Sky keep letting customers down! Oh and just to add insult to injury, my broadband also went down 🤦🏼

Absolute garbage service.  Can't even access thru Sky Go, had to find it in Sky Sports app on iPad.

So I pay £83 for TV and they cant deliver a basic level of service.

Crap.
