Technical Problem each time im using on demand for tv shows

Does anyone else have the above problem. I can watch 2 episodes on an on demand tv show and then it showing technical problem loading programme/shows. Same problem when I try to watch normal tv after watching on demand.  I have to switch off puck or reset   Can anyone help.

@Leigh2909 most probably an issue with your internet connection it coukd be poor WiFi or sometimes by the way your ISP operates their network most recently Hyperoptic customers have hit issues. The latter is not a possibility if you use Sky, BT/EE or Virgin Media it is confined to thecsmaller operators.
