TV channels repeatedly freezing, interrupting my viewing on all channels

I have reset router, TV, etc to no avail.  Sky are not reporting any network issues. It appears impossible to get any direct support via phone.

meanwhile viewing is highly frustrating

@OX16  How is the TV connecting to the router, what speeds are you getting between the router & TV, youn csn see the sppeds using the netflix app settings menu.

 

Interruptions like this are normally a speed issuie, reetting the router won't help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Had the same problem seems to have sorted itself for now
