TV box not delivered

Hi how long does it take for your TV box to come I've not long join sky and paid my first month bill and I'm due to pay again this month but I still haven't received the TV box

Either way, you can track the status of your order via the My Sky app.

It doesn't say on there just that I ordered sky glass stream

@Sarah053 That's unusual for it not to show the status of an order. I think you may have to ring Sky to ask what's going on. Sorry.
