I tried to upgrade to TNT sports in September, it didn't work. Still being charged and it continues to show active on my account so being charged but gives me an error on the actual channel as its saying I need to upgrade, I select upgrade then it gives an error code. Called customer service, still no luck. It was sent to the technical team, they closed the ticket saying its working because its showing active on my account when it is not working and I haven't watched 1 game on TNT sports and I'm still paying for in. Everytime I call I get told a manager will call me back, 4 failed manager call backs and the technical team keep closing my ticket. Its getting to the point I will have no option but to report you to the ombudsmen and trading standards as this is ridiculous and the worst service I have ever experienced. I will be going back to Virgin in the new year, it's expensive but at least it actually works!

Because there was an issue for 3 months which has finally been resolved just now.

Sky are generally reasonable so raising an official complaint through the link posts above with the details, if the issue was on the Sky end I don't see why they wouldn't credit you with the 3 months you couldn't watch TNT.

They've credited me for what I haven't used now, I lost out on the promo that was available at the time which isn't great but will have to suffice. The issue wasn't about the money, it was about missing so many man utd games from September to today because it took them 3 months to sort the issue out which is ridiculous.

You could have subscribed to Discovery+ directly and not missed those games if you had cancelled the defective subscription?
