I don't think TNT offers much in the way of a discount. The most a new customer will currently get on a 24 month contract is £2pm off.
Give Sky a ring and see if they'll offer anything.
Alternatively, if you have a mobile phone contract or SIM with EE, you can get TNT Sports as a benefit on selected plans for less money. I have it offered to me at £20pm as part of my plan. Other mobile providers may do the same.
