Swivel wall bracket for sky glass 55inch

My sky glass 55inch has just arrived with a fixed wall mount, but I need to fit it to a swivel wall bracket. I need advice as the tv and existing bracket will need spacers and realignment. The tv sits in a corner with nothing to stand it on and is no use flat against the wall, it needs a swivel mount.

Hi @RichTurner

The Sky Glass Gen 2 wall mount is sold separately and does tilt. See the photos in this thread: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass-Live/Sky-Glass-Wall-Mount-can-only-be-purchased-with-TV/m-p/4...

If you want to use a 3rd party bracket, they are VESA compliant using 300x200 VESA spacing.

Just make sure it is rated for the weight as the TVs are heavy.

Re: Swivel wall bracket for sky glass 55inch

Hi thanks for your reply. The fixed wall bracket, which was included is of little use, even if it tilts, as my TV sits in a corner and needs to swing/ swivel out to view. A table to stand it on doesn't work either. My problem is with the fitting the tv to the existing swing bracket - the tv screw holes are recessed and will need some kind of extenders or spacers. Not sure how or what to do here. Rich

It's standard practice to use plastic spacers, and multipacks specifically for this purpose, either separately or together with longer bolts, are widely available online (including eBay)
