There are two enhanced modes. Enhanced experience and then enhance audio. To turn on enhanced experience, go to settings (home button scroll down to settings) > start up and standby > turn enhanced experience to on.
If it's the audio your referring to, press the 3 dots on the top left of the remote (not the four colours dots top right) scroll right until you reach enhance speech quality and push the center button to toggle to on.
