In all likelihood it depends how long you have had the Glass. If you within the 31 days you should be able to return it, however don't forgot you have bought the TV so if its longer than that i doubt you would have any way to return and claim a refund unless the TV is faulty.
You can get the Sky Home Whole package and just add Sky Stream devices onto your sky account
