Suntitles om Sky Stream puck not on Sky Glass

Hi, I'm having a problem with subtitles.  On some of the Sky Chammels, I get subtitles on the sky streaming puck on the T V in the Bedroom but on my sky glass TV on the living room it  says no subtitles available even though it's the same programme and same channel, and subtitles are turned on in settings.  I've tried re-starting sky glass several times without any luck.  Anyone got any ides why this is happening?

There was a bug a while ago where subtitles would not load on Glass (nothing at all). The recommended fix at the time was to reset the device. However I would only recommend doing this with skys assistance.

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently unavailable and will be for a few weeks. You may need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; such as social media, chat assistant or by calling them.
