Had sky stream installed Dec signal drops blank TV no signal message no phone etc at the very least 4 times a day. Router Internet light goes out then flashes red then comes back on & signal returns all in about 4 mins so not enough time to phone & get help when signal lost. Spoke to guy who said a Internet fault but pressed reset button as advised during call so obviously lost phone connection 🙄 still not fixed problem, now can't get through to actually speak to anyone. Please help very frustrating 😔

If your broadband router keeps resetting itself, you need to report this as a fault to your ISP.

If not you need to contact your ISP and report the issue. The Sky streaming platform won't be able to function without a strong stable internet connection

I have had the same problem since joining and keep ringing sky , go through the same thing with them and they tell me we will send ur info to advanced team to look at still it doesn't work absolutely terrible and getting charged every month worst thing I have ever done is move to sky !
