Suddenly can't use Discovery or paramount plus

I'm ready to jump off a bridge lol

 

For some reason I suddenly can't access paramount or discovery plus, which should be free as I have sky glass.

It just sends me in circles; trying to get it, says I've got it, sign in/activate, then tells me i need to upgrade to watch anything  😑

 

I swear it was fine a couple of months ago and nothing should have changed.

 

I live chatted a discovery plus agent and they couldn't help, just saying it was on sky's end. I despise calling and their automated bots are next to useless.

 

I'm at a loss as to what to do now. It's extremely frustrating and nothing seems to work or help. It says I have it for free via sky glass but then also says I need to upgrade to watch  😑🔫

 

Any help please?!

@Stepupfairy We are just customers like yourself and i'm sure is someone knew the answer to your issue they would have replied to you.  It seems strange that you should have lost both Paramount + and Discovery at the same time when nothing has changed.  It doesn't leave much room for suggestions.  

 

Try calling Sky again but to get past the Chatbots and speak to someone try answering the following 

 

Say about  sky glass

Say it something else

Say NO when asked about using the web link

 

Hopefully this will get you through to an adviser (it usually works for me).

Im having the same problem as you, except mine is only Discovery+. Done exactly as you have but actually got though to Sky TWICE!  The second time the chap i spoke to seemed really helpful but coulnt put the problem right himself & so passed it onto the technical department. Alas 2 weeks later still no joy. Why do Sky make it so bloodydifficult to sort out things? The only time they rush is when you are paying money for something, when I ordered Sky glass, i received it in 2 days!!! Im sorry Im no help to you, just wanted to rell you, you are not alone!
