Sudden loss of audio

Hi.

Re Sky stream.

 

Bit of an issue that's started in the last few days.

I seem to get a sudden loss of audio preceeded by stuttering of the picture.  It can happen any time but seems to happen more when switching to a live TV program. It doesn't matter whether sound is output to my sound bar or to tv speakers. I have to reboot the stream box sometimes more than once to sort it. Nothing else in the house has this problem. 

All my cables have been checked along with making sure things are plugged in correctly.  The stream is connected to the Internet via a cat 7 ethernet cable with WiFi switched off in the settings. I'm have virgin media 1gig. Everything has been power cycled etc.
