Stuck in a loop

Glass tv provided by Sky last Sunday to replace previous one with fault is stuck in a loop.

It welcomes me with the name of a previous user (I assume) and will not respond to the "this is not me" button when trying to set up. Factory reset does not resolve this. Calls to Sky have not been able to resolve and I've been waiting since Sunday for a resolution. Any suggestions?

Hi @AlanC150  This is an issue that will need to be resolved by Sky.  I note you have spoken to them but if you would like me to I can escalate your issue to the Community Messaging Team for an online chat and trouble shooting.  Alternatively you will need to call Sky again.
