Although the hub shows we have WiFi and Broadband the 2nd and 4th light flash orange. Our Sky Glass TV streaming goes off for 2 days at a time. TV says there is a technical fault, try later !!
we have tried a service test and all good. All correct cables connected etc. we are Cornwall based and have bad weather especially wind , although I wasn't aware the weather has an impact anymore with fibre optic cables. Help🙏🏼

I do have that particular router. Yes normally they are all showing green lights. They have come back on at present. I am beginning to think it's the weather interference as we have very strong North Easterly winds and I am on a coastal cliff.
Thank you for your reply 😊
Ok it's good all ok now.
If your hub shows signs of that again, might be worth posting in the broadband section on here.
Not just extreme weather related, but may be an intermittent fault on your or local fibre connection.
If your broadband goes off and back on, might be worth repowering your Sky Glass TV on your broadband return.
But an easier way, rather than repowering is on your Sky Glass TV or puck/s;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Re: Streaming TV technical fault
Do you have the Sky broadband hub?
As shown here, the black one;
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have
If so, the lights should all be green.
If those two you mention are flashing amber, there is a problem with your broadband connection.

Are the cables that connect you to the internet above or below ground?
