Stream issues Hyperoptic broadband

I changed to Hyperoptic broadband this morning and after connecting my 2 x Sky Stream pucks had no issues within the first hour.

The current download speed is 100mbps.

now apps such as Netflix is buffering, nothing is in UHD quality and live channels BBC 1 are either ' jamming ' or partially pixelated then temporarily freezing

I've restarted my Stream pucks but still having problems

Can anyone help me please ?

Re: Stream issues Hyperoptic broadband

This has been covered extensively in another thread. It's an issue both companies say they have long been aware of and claim to have fixed - but it's still happening. I'm with Hyperoptic and had the same problem until I changed the DNS settings on my hyperoptic router to 1.1.1.1 (Primary DNS) and 8.8.8.8 (Secondary DNS). This was advised on the previous thread, since changing my settings last July I haven't experienced a single issue with my Glass or Stream on hyperoptic.

(the thread I'm talking about is now locked but you can find it here.)
