Still waiting delivery

I expected a delivery and installation this morning between 7 and 9. The engineer did not turn up. What happened?

Delivery and installation of what? Sky Glass only gets delivered - there is no installation and no engineers - you do that yourself.

check your mysky app - it should have delivery information in there
