Standard plan Netflix

I've purchased a standard Netflix package but it's asking me to sign up and pay?

Hi @Princess7

Basic Netflix is included as standard on Stream / Glass.

Where have you purchased Netflix from?

Thanks,

Tim

I'm new to Sky and signed up for Netflix standard.

Our daughter currently pays for Netflix. How do we sign in for the 2 accounts as I don't wan to pay Netflix £10.99 still

@Outdoor71  you can't have both, you would need your daughters permission to link her Netflix account to your sky account , if permission was granted then you would need to contact Netflix directly and get them to unlink the existing account before you can link the correct account

Re: Standard plan Netflix

So should I just cancel her Netflix and get her to sign into my Sky email?

@Outdoor71 that would only be an option if you are part of the same household. Netflix are cracking down on sharing of accounts in different households and this has recently extended to subscriptions resold via their partners like Sky.
