Spyglass installed yesterday and unable to access Paramount! All other streaming services are workin
All other streaming services I use are working ok, just Paramount turns the screen blank and then need to turn tv off

When you say turn off are you just putting the TV in to standby or actually unplugging it?
id suggest unplugging the Tv for a couple of minutes and if that doesn't work try an app refresh.
Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution. It can take up to 24 hours so I'd recommended not trying to ope paramount plus for 24 hours once this has kicked off.
