Speech out of sync on Sky glass , This is happening very regularly & not sure whether my Sky Glass has had an upgrade or not, This is really frustrating having to turn tv Off & back on. I really wish I had never got Sky Glass. is there anything I can do to help prevent it from happening

A quick look at the,posts here will tell you it's a known problem which Sky are working on.

They are not that aware. They sent me a tv to sort the issue and that didnt even work. If they were aware it was a wider issue they would not be replacing tvs. 

I called them at least 20 times and nobody knew about it.

Can Sky please fix the live broadcast quality on the Sky Glass?

I've got Sky fibre broadband and subscribing to UHD Sports on my Sky Glass TV. The last six-ish months the sound always goes out of sync on all live streams. I've factory reset the TV and fibre/WiFi routers.

How come all other streaming services can deliver better quality on a fraction of Sky's budget? I'm currently watching the NFL pregame show on DAZN in HDR, on a notoriously outdated Google TV dongle, and it is flawless. Why can't Sky achieve that on a 1,200 euro TV and 50 euros/month IP TV subscription?

Not even going to waste my time complaining about how subpar quality your Windows PC streaming app is.

I'm sorry if it is frustrating if we complain. But this isn't a cheap TV or subscription. This shouldn't take half a year to maybe fix.  >.<

Watching the Superbowl coverage on Sky Sports Main Event UHD and have had to switch channels back and forth 4 times already due to it going out of sync!!

Yeah. I knew that was going to happen, so I wasted €5 to get the broadcast on DAZN, even though I have Sky Sport UHD. Well, also to avoid the brain numbing 888 betting firm commercials spam, which I suspect they ran?

the sky glass lip sync issue is still a problem and it is now 10 Feb 25

On my glass you hear the words and then the lips move but they are not synchronised.  Just after the voice you see the lips move
