My tv has the new update and it's made it worse.

Really had enough of it now - shouldn't have to keep changing channels when you're trying to watch something

Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside that Sky will gladly hike the prices yet again and still can't get some pretty fundamental problems sorted out. This is clearly still a beta product 3+ years later. Incredible.

So Sky are hitting us with 6.2% increase in April way above inflation, yet our cry's for help with lip sync fall in deaf ears!!! How to contact Mr Devish Raj?

It's now February and the out of sync is even worse than ever on my sky glass. I constantly have to reset it by turning off the tv. It's really annoying. Buying sky glass was the worst decision! Also, lots of problems with ITVx and programmes not loading

So I contacted Sky this morning - they are offering customers £5 credit and to bear with them until it's fixed or a cancellation of subscription(s) with no penalty charges

  • I was told that by someone that deals with complaints (I put in an official complaint) - having said that, if that's what they are proposing to do, why can't they inform customers on an individual basis? £5 credit is a joke!!!!!

Does anyone know if the lip sync issue is only with the Glass TVs? Or with the streaming puck as well? I'm paying monthly until 2027 for my TV and it's rubbish!

Still out of sync tonight on Liverpool game, joke this, bare with us while we take your money and provide a poor unwatchable service, yeah no problem Sly, and if you could increase my subscription too that would be marvellous, when this crap is paid for its gone.
