Not a lot of information. However the lip sync is a know issue see this thread: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass-Live/Speech-out-of-sync-on-Sky-glass/td-p/4831146
Fill the form out to report it to Sky, this will assist with obtaining a fix.
Re sport, yes TV delivered by the internet is circa 30 seconds behind satellite or aerial. Sky Sports have a "live sync" option which reduces latency where available. You will see it pop up on screen.

Hi Cloe
I've been reading through the comments on here about the lip sync.
I haven't got a puck, I've got a 55 inch glass
I've got Sky broadband 300 which is supposed to be a reasonable piece of kit.
It doesn't appear that Sky are that bothered as long as the subscribers keep paying up.

I just spent an hour waiting to speak to Sky’s *priority* complaint line to be told this about the lip synch issue:
Our support teams are aware of it and are working on a software update to fix. They have mentioned that the issue can be resolved by temporarily changing the channel and returning. I've checked your connection and that all looks good so I don't think there is anything we can adjust to improve that at this moment.
So, nothing I didn't already know, no timeline for a fix, and no suggestion that there’s a refund from Sky on the horizon for delivering a product that’s clearly faulty and nowhere near as good as Sky claims it is in its advertisements. Still, on the plus side, there was no suggestion it was anything to do with my broadband.
How you can get “Believe in Better” from any of that, I do not know.

Yes my husband was watching football this afternoon still the same we have to turn of sound sometimes as soon as bad we had loads of problems from the start of having glass two years ago but not this it's a new one so something must have happened

Yes. It seems worse on TNT sports football. We had the same. As soon as the adverts came on. Out of sync. I pause it. Then press the backup button. It's quicker but not good enough

Also. I was in Staines the other day. Spoke to the guys selling Glass Tv etc. he said no one has ever said anything and it could be broadband. I said no no no. Don't try that. We know it's not BB. I told them to look at Sky community chat to see how many have this issue.

Yes it was tnt today on sky football g they told us to go 401 not 402 didn't make any difference we have top broadband full fibre it's not bb

Yes it's really annoying however lets see if they can sort it out, if not then they have just tightened the noose

Let's see if they can sort it out if not then they have to consider compensation for this

I have now called three times the latest is my ring doorbell is causing the issues with the voice & sync issues. Honesty was anybody told this prior to switching from Q? They told me I can't return the TV because it's like buying I've from a shop but again that's a load of rubbish if you buy a faulty TV or anything else for that matter you actually can take it back under warranty - SKY don't care & just want everybody to go silent they won't do anything unless 1000s affected act together.
