sky glass constantly out of sync!!! and repeat wait for channel to load, this is the worst buy I've ever made!!!!

Still having problems which are usually resolved by switching to another channel then back to the channel you are watching.
When I was on one channel the picture froze probably for a second or two then came back on but the speech was still coming through when the picture froze. Is the sound and picture broadcast on two separate channels. Had an issue with my first sky glass set which sky replaced, would put the set on standby but the sound was still coming through the speakers from the channel I had been watching. Is this a software problem? If any sky employees are looking in perhaps they could escalate this issue to the tech gurus. I was one of the guys during the analogue and sky + days.

As many others have pointed out, this issue is also seriously affecting Sky Stream pucks! It is beyond a joke and I'm on
the verge of sending my 4 pucks back unless someone from Sky responds soon. Utterly disgraceful service!😡😡😡

I'm having the same issue. It seems to be once at day at least just now. The only way I can rectify it is to change channels then switch back again. However, this is irritating and I shouldn't have to keep doing it.
