Hi my sky glass kept going out of sync but I found if I pause for a few seconds and resume it fixes the problem.

same pattern of going out of sync for me too
most days at least once a day
power off/on clears it.
Wiil try a pause next time
still very irritating though.

We are having this problem all the time now - sync severity varies, at the moment, it's about 2-3 secs behind! Anyone with any permanent solutions, will, of course, also be phoning sky about it.....

My sky glass tv keeps going out of sync with sound
If I turn it off and back on it sorts itself out.
Not happy!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@BERTRUDEI Instead to turning it off you could try flipping to another channel and then back again or rewind for a couple of seconds and then press the back arrow on your remote to get back to the live broadcast.
If that either of those don't work then go to your audio settings and change them to PCM or passthrough.

We have to get a better solution to this than switch off and on we need an update from their tech team this has been going on for 5-6 weeks it needs to be to be solved now

Suffering with the same issue but worse today , restarted my Sky Glass for it to loose sync again after 30 but rebooted my router and after a couple of hours it hasn't lost sync (fingers crossed)

Sky are a joke paying over £100 for this, 4-5 weeks on and having to reboot daily, and all this from around the time of the AirPlay update.
The bloke over the road with his dodgy FireStick absolutely no problems, I stay on the right side of the law and pay full whack for my service with nothing but issues.
Come on Sky folk are getting fed up with this.

I've been having the same issue too on my Sky Glass. If I change channels it improves for a short time but then goes back out of sync again.
