Sound problems sky

Some Channels okay. Other channels such as sky sports and movies the sound is really muffled and quiet. You can not hear commentators on sky sports.

hi @Fred1111

The sound changes in line with the viewing modes. Try selecting a static viewing mode such as vivid so it doesn't change. Also check that night mode is off and enhanced speech is on.

This is done by using the menu which appears pressing the three white dots button on the remote. More information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/picture-and-sound-settings-sky-glass

@Fred1111 I've noticed a sound issue on my Glass Tv, but not the pucks.

Over the past month or so, the sound started periodically to sound like it was under water then it goes back to normal.  Sky News tonight has been very bad, flicking between normal sound and the muffled sound.  Enhanced  live mode is set to on.

I'm not sure it's a hardware problem though at the moment, maybe some sort of encoding issue.

Will try to rewind next time and see if the stream plays muffled again, and then possible turn off the enhanced voice setting to see if I can get to determine if it's one of these settings causing the issue.
