Sound issues when opening apps on puck

I can be watching tv no problem but even when I go to open and watch a programme on an app the sound disappears and I need to turn the power off and back on and it'll work fine but this is so frustrating as it happen everyday. Any help is much appreciated

Probably due to a change in audio codec. What are your audio output settings on the puck? Is your TV connected to a soundbar or audio system or are you using TV speakers?

Try changing the audio output on the puck to Passthrough, or Dolby Digital+ if you need surround sound from an external audio device. If you don't need surround then try PCM.
