Sorry, because of a technical issue... problem

My sky glass Tv  is saying sorry because of a technical issue you're currently experiencing a limited service, Please rest assured we are working hard to fix the problem' 

I've got no service not limited. My internet connection was playing up so I reset it & I think it's joined another router my sons possibly??

It wouldn't be able to join another network without inputting that networks WiFi key 

 

try unplugging your glass tv from the mains for 10 mins
