Can you share with us some of the things you've asked through voice control please?

Re: Sorry, I can't do that.
Hi @Matthew2025
Which voice search? Is this the "hello Sky" far field voice or pressing the mic button on the remote control?
What recommend steps have your tried? Please confirm you have tried all the advice here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/voice-control-help-sky-glass
Has this ever worked? Is it a new set up?
Please provide as much information as possible for the community to assist. Remember we are fellow subscribers and have no idea about your set up unless you tell us.

Re: Sorry, I can't do that.
Both dont work. Hello Sky or the mic button.
Sorry I cant do that come up on tv when mic button pressed.
My wife cancelled her contract with sky that had sky glass on it. She is still paying for the glass tv but i have set up a new contract and pay for sky now. It works fine on puck in another room. It is only since the contract swap over that it has been not working. No tv guide available either.

Try this
Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)
Switch off at plug
Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)
When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.

Re: Sorry, I can't do that.
Hi @Matthew2025
To confirm you have whole home and have added the TV to your account as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/buying-sky-glass-second-hand
No TV guide is a sign of a Glass TV with no subscription and voice search won't work without a subscription.
