If it was shipped like that then it should be rejected and replaced.
If it's happened within the two years warranty, I'd suggest arguing with Sky that it should be treated as a mechanical defect because wildlife shouldn't be able to get in there.
Outside the warranty there's probably not any good solution short of judicious dismantling and reassembly and that may not be possible depending on how the panel layers were put together.

sky won't take responsibility for it as it's a "nature" it's in 2 years warranty. I don't what to do.
14 years as Sky customer. 6 years post stroke.
65" skyglass.

If Sky have any decency whatsoever then they should replace it under warranty without issue.
I had a neighbour who had a similar issue with a fly trapped between the layers of their (non-Sky) LCD TV screen. They had their TV replaced under warranty as soon as the problem was raised and verified.
It's got nothing to do with 'nature', it's got everything to do with a poorly fitted LCD panel. These things should not have gaps large enough for a fly to squeeze through.

I agree with @Padam_Padam : any such device should be well enough designed and constructed to prevent insect ingress.
I'd suggest calling back to speak to someone different, or make a formal complaint in writing.

Update. Sky will uplift the tv tomorrow and swap it with a brand new one. Perfect.
