Recorded all the Rugby European cup.games for the weekend to my playlist, watched all but two of them

Came to watch the last ones recorded from sunday it and it says i need to upgrade my subscription. I already have btsport and ot let me watch the previous 8 games. Why cant I watch the last two when they are saved on my playlist and i have the relevant subscription.

Hi @Weezalice 

There is an issue with this upgrade message appearing when it shouldn't, you can try turning off at the wall and then retrying but failing that call Sky to get it logged.
