Installed camera as per instructions created a zoom account but can't start a meeting or join a meeting the app seems to be frozen

Try the following:
If your screen has frozen whilst using a Sky Live app or playing a game, and is not responding to any buttons on your Sky remote, follow these steps:
Press Home on your Sky remote (if this doesn't work, go to step 2). Open a TV app (like Netflix or BBC iPlayer), then reopen the Sky Live app and see if it works.
If that doesn't fix it restart your Sky Glass:
Press the Standby button on your Sky remote or on the right side of your TV.
Switch off the TV at the mains and switch it on again.
After a few seconds you'll see the Sky logo on screen and the red standby light will come on as Glass starts back up. Press the Home button on your Sky remote, and you should see the Glass home screen
