Sky couldn't provide broadband to my new home so I now have Virgin Media broadband only.
I've now connected my skyglass via WiFi and have all apps working but no live sky tv channels.
What am I doing wrong? Is it the VM broadband only package or how I've connected the two?

I'm so dumb, all I needed to do was reset the tv, unplugged from mains and then let it reset, now I have full tv.
So to recap for anyone who is interested, Skyglass will work perfectly well with Virgin broadband and I have faster internet speed for £10 a month less than Sky broadband.

First thing to try is pull the plug for a few minutes on your tv ..... it clears all manner of bugs
