Sky tv stuff on error message

So just got my sky glasstv and sky broadband set up 

the tv is stuck on software error 

checked the speed of the B-road band it's 76mps.

 

I don't think the tv is able to update its software 

Help please!

Hi @Ola333 

 

Unplug the TV from th wall for 2 mins and try again. If possible connect the TV via ethernet cable, even just for initial set up helps.
