Sky tv isn’t working
My sky TV isn't working and hasn't for months the only reason I haven't called is because I'm unable to with my working hours. The remote only turns the box on and off due to constant network issues with sky.
My broadband cuts out constantly as well.
What can be done to resolve this as I'm really unhappy with it.

Re: Sky tv isn’t working
If your broadband is constantly cutting out that will likely be the main cause of issues with your Sky Glass, as that requires a stable and strong internet connection.
For your Sky Glass, you should ensure that the Networked Standby Mode is set to ON and overnight power saving mode is set to OFF in the settings. If you are connected via Wifi you made find a stronger connection is provided by using ethernet cable instead. When doing this make sure the Wifi is disabled in the Glass's Network settings and then also reboot the TV by unplugging if for 2 minutes to ensure the Wifi does indeed get disabled.
If your broadband connection is cutting out completely and you are on Sky Broadband then you need to phone Sky to report the issues. The customer services team phone number is open 7 days a week and on Monday-Friday are open until 9pm.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
