Program keeps freezing and loosing sound. Happened yesterday aswell. Anyone else having the same problem?

can you check your internet speed ? You can do this by going into the native Netflix app and then into settings and then select network check

That's your issue then - there is no way the platform will work correctly when the device is only getting 5 Mbps

I agree, other Sky sports content is okay. I'd also say the sound quality is poor, it doesn't seem to be in full surround sound... and the announcer is muffled. It's doesn't sound as rich... what's going on?
