Sky shop error 1018

I am unable to accesss sky shop via sky glass air.  I keep getting error code MYSKY_1018

Hi @Stuartmcct 

 

You will need to speak to Sky (we are fellow subscribers here on the community) as this usually points to an issue which needs a back end team need to resolve. If you are wanting to active Discovery and or paramount or add services you should be able to do this in the my Sky app in the meantime.

Thanks for this.  I have tried via live chat but the bot is t helpful and can't reach anyone via phone.  Is there a way to contact them via community?

I am having the same problem.  I recently purchased sky glass air.  I checked all my apps and they worked fine.  However after a couple of days Disney+ stopped working and I have been asked to renew my subscription.   I've tried to do this via sky shop but get the same error message  MYSKY_1018. I can easily renew my subscription on the Disney site but I don't know if I have to do it via sky shop.  I don't want to renew subscription on Disney only to find it won't work on sky glass
